1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Hands of Hope website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
2. Donations
All monetary donations are processed through the Paystack gateway. By making a donation, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Donations are generally non-refundable unless there is a clear error in the transaction processing, in which case you must notify us within 48 hours.
3. Volunteer Conduct
Volunteers applying through this platform must provide accurate information. Acceptance into our volunteer programs is at the sole discretion of Hands of Hope and is subject to background checks and orientation. Volunteers are expected to maintain the highest standards of ethics and child protection protocols.
4. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including but not limited to the "Hands of Hope" logo, text, graphics, and impact photography, is the property of Hands of Hope Charity Foundation. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hands of Hope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
